The Second Annual Midwest Inter-MRSEC Symposium on April 30, 2004 in Madison, Wisconsin will be held in Engineering Hall, 1415 Engineering Drive. Morning sessions will be held in Room 3609 Engineering Hall. This room is on the third floor of the newest part of the building. Enter Engineering Hall through the main, glassed entrance on the west end of the building. A sign will direct you to the elevators. Take the elevator to the third floor and a sign will direct you to Room 3609. A light breakfast of quiche, pastries, juice and coffee will be served beginning at 7:30am.

Lunch will be served in Room 1413 Engineering Hall (first floor). During lunch, time will be allowed to install posters for the evening poster session. Guidelines for the poster session are included on page two of the agenda and a tentative poster roster follows.

Afternoon sessions will be held in Room 1610 Engineering Hall (first floor). The poster session will begin at 5:00pm. Refreshments will be served. At 6:15pm cars will depart for dinner at a local restaurant.

It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Friedrick Center to the College of Engineering campus. Walking directions to Engineering Hall can be found at: http://conferencing.uwex.edu/campusmap_bw.pdf.

If you will be parking on the Engineering Campus, there is a ramp located at the west end of Engineering Drive. Turn left at the edge of the ramp to gain entrance to public parking. The parking fee for the day is $6.00.
